How do you relax?
By being active. Exercising, playing sports, and being outside at a park are all ways to relieve stress.

Any changes in your workouts over the years?
Every 4-6 weeks for the last 12 years. Constant change in my workouts, just like the constant change in myself. I continue to shock my body as much as I can.

Favorite food?
Italian !!!! Enough said.

Any quote you live by?
A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

Brazilian jujitsu competition and Muay Thai kickboxing. I am also a diehard Browns fan.

How do you relax?
Working out always keeps me mellow.

Steak and sushi.
