Cardio Classes

Cardio Kickboxing
This is a 60 or 75 minute cardiovascular endurance workout using punches and kick combinations. This class provides overall physical conditioning and toning. All levels are welcome.

Combo Circuit
This 60 minute workout is a mixture of aerobic and conditioning exercises focusing on muscle strength, endurance and cardiovascular training. This top notch class utilizes most of the equipment we have in the aerobics room. All levels are welcome.

Hi/Lo Combo
This is a 60 minute cardio endurance class combining different levels of impact which can be modified by the participant. The last 15 minutes are toning and stretching.

Power Cardio This class is designed for exercisers who want to burn fat and improve their cardiovascular capabilities by incorporating plyometrics using the step and light weights. This is a solid, easy paced and effective workout.

Step Aerobics
This is a 60 minute cardio endurance class for all levels using a raised platform. All levels of intensity! The last 15 minutes are toning and stretching.
