Dijon Pork
Ingredient List :
4 lean pork chops about 3/4 inch thick
Lemon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons prepared dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions :
Trim excess fat from pork chop and season with lemon pepper as desired. Heat olive oil in pan and brown seasoned pork chops about 3 minutes. Combine orange juice, mustard, honey and cornstarch. Pour mixture over pork chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove chops from pan and serve with steamed rice and orange salad.
