Heat olive oil in pan and brown seasoned pork chops about 3 minutes. Combine orange juice, mustard, honey and cornstarch. Pour mixture over pork chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove chops from pan and serve with steamed rice and orange salad.
