Dilled Garden Dip
Ingredient List :
1 (16 oz.) carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. finely chopped leeks
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. fat free milk
dash ground pepper

Directions :
Place cottage cheese and vinegar in container of blender or food processor; cover, process until smooth. Combine cottage cheese mixture, leeks, and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Transfer cheese mixture to a small serving bowl; cover and chill. If desired, garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with vegetables or crackers. Yield: 1 3/4 cups - 1 serving is 2 Tbsp.
