Roasted Red Pepper DipIngredient List : 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped 1 can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hears, cut into 1/2 in. pieces 1/4 cup each low fat mayonnaise and low fat sour cream 2 oz. Asiago cheese, shredded -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Directions : Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into 8 oz. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 min., or until mixture bubbles around edges.
